iPads at KPS Workshop

Posted on Friday 22, August 2014

Kew Primary School recognises the need for students to be safe and responsible users of digital technologies. Furthermore, developing a deeper understanding of how your child is using technology in the classroom can greatly aid in their learning outcomes. This is best taught in partnership between parents/caregivers and teaching staff.

Kew Primary School will be running the next iPad workshop on Thursday the 4th September , in the BER and will run from 7.00-8.00pm. We also invite your child along so you can learn alongside them. The focus of this workshop will be Evernote and how it can be used to capture and curate your child’s learning. This will be an interactive workshop where you and your child(ren)  will engage in a range of learning activities, where you will be encouraged to use Evernote to capture your own learning and understanding through the activity.

PLEASE NOTE: PREVIOUS AGE RESTRICTIONS OF 17+ FOR EVERNOTE HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THE APP IS CURRENTLY LISTED AT 4+ IN THE AUSTRALIAN iTunes STORE

We look forward to seeing you there.
